If tracking is available, we will send you a tracking number and link after your order ships. Tracking information may take time to update after you receive it.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to Italy.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees, and customs delays. Any applicable charges collected at checkout will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Address accuracy

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We may be unable to modify an order after it ships.

Split shipments

Items in the same order may ship separately. Each shipment may have its own tracking information.
